Hi there,
This is a concern on our Airtel land-line/Broadband connection.
Our actual/old number is 08041520999 Account ID – 7038273542 line was deactivated without any information inspite of requesting for safe custodial as we were not using due to school closure (lockdown) during Covid in 2021.
We wanted to reactivate the same hence called Airtel CC & particularly specified the land-line number 08041520999 which need to be resumed and the executive mentioned line would be active within 4 working days but it didnt happen when we visited the showroom they informed us that line has been deactivated.
Our intention was to recover the old number because we have printed 25k school advertisement pamphlets,standees and Banners not only that this is our School Board (Direct) number to parents.
Hereby, we would want our old number to be resumed ASAP. Spoke to Mr.Sharath Airtel Showroom Manager Ramamurthynagar Branch requested to send mail to take the necessary action to retain the number. We have paid the entire settlement (bill) followed up on mail from Nov 27th 2021 till date as there is no response other than automated reply.
Kindly look into this in priority. If anything please let us know.
