Text of Complaint by VIKRAM CHHAJER:

I ordered the Zavco brand mini trimmer, as promoted on Instagram through poshure.com website. Unfortunately, the received product lacks branding and fails to perform as illustrated in the advertisement.

The trimmer does not meet the advertised specifications, leading to my dissatisfaction. Therefore, I kindly request a refund for the amount paid for this item. I believe it is reasonable to expect a product that aligns with the features highlighted in your advertisements.

This lack of communication, coupled with the delivery of the wrong product, leads me to believe that poshure,com company may be engaged in fraudulent practices. As a consumer who has been deceived and left without a proper means of redress. Company Has Sent me Message at the time of placing the order by it Header Id : MYShop , But couldn’t make a call . company has not even mentioned their contact details, serval mails were send to the company but no response till date.
