I writing to you out of frustration that I had to go through while opting Airtel as a service provider for my internet connection.
The experience was really painful & I will never ever recommend anyone to opt for Airtel as a service provider.
I had opted for Airtel as there was no other service provider in my tower at the time we moved in Prestige Shantiniketan Apartments – Tower 17.
I have paid for the Airtel broadband connection on 26th Nov 2018 ( Rs.24909/-). Within 4 months of our engagement, there were internet fluctuation on multiple occasions,
What I paid was for 300 Mbps speed and all I was get was 100 Mbps speed. Multiple time the technician came to fix the Speed but they were unsuccessful in doing so. I was promised to many things while opting for the connection (Airtel tv, some Amazon voucher etc.). I didn’t get any of them, not that it makes me or breaks me.
At this point what I’m looking for is my refund for 8 months which was promised by your team on 5th Jun 2019. One full year has gone by and I’m yet to receive my refund of Rs.16,785.91/-
I’m attaching my bank statement for your reference from 1st April 2019 – 31st March 2020. There has been no refund from Airtel.
