Dear Consumer Complaint Court,

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Flipkart for failing to process a refund for a prepaid order that was canceled from their side due to a technical issue. Despite multiple follow-ups and incidents raised with their customer service team, I have not received the refund that is owed to me.

Below are the details of my complaint:

Order Details:
Product: eBEQUicK Flagship1 Gaming Cabinet (Black)
Order Date: Fri, 26th July 2024
Payment: Prepaid via Credit Card
Cancellation: By Flipkart due to a technical issue
Incident History:
Incident ID: IN24080716334946935119
Raised on Wed, Aug 7, after the cancellation, Flipkart requested my bank details for the refund. I provided the details, and they assured me the refund would be processed within 6 business days. However, the ticket was closed as “resolved” without processing the refund.

Incident ID: IN24082107190442992919
Raised on Wed, Aug 21, when the previous ticket was closed without resolution. I was asked to wait again for 6 business days, but this ticket too was marked as resolved without any refund.

Raised on Tue, Sep 3, I was told the same thing, to wait for 6 days. Despite following all instructions, this incident was also closed as resolved without refunding my money.

Raised on Fri, Sep 8, and I have again been given a 3-day resolution window. Given the history of this issue, I have no confidence that it will be resolved as promised.

Escalation Attempts:
After each incident, I contacted Flipkart customer support, but their response has been unsatisfactory. Every time, I am told to wait for 24 hours or 6 business days, and the issue is marked as resolved without any refund being processed. Additionally, I have been put on hold for long periods during calls, only for them to disconnect. One of the customer service executives responded rudely, telling me to wait on the line for 30 minutes if I wanted any further information.

Current Situation:
Despite waiting for over two months and raising multiple complaints, my issue remains unresolved. My refund has not been processed, and Flipkart continues to close the complaints without taking any corrective action. This has caused me undue stress and wasted my time.

Request:
I kindly request that the Consumer Complaint Court intervene in this matter to ensure that Flipkart processes my refund immediately. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be seeking compensation for the delays and poor service.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution.
