I trust this email finds you well. My name is Vivek Garg, and I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding the service I have received after purchasing a Club Mahindra membership in May 2023, with Mr. Gaurav Sharma as my assisting representative.
Initially, Mr. Sharma was instrumental in facilitating the membership process, demonstrating exceptional dedication and support. However, post the payment of the membership fee, I have encountered an abrupt decline in the level of service. Mr. Sharma has been consistently unresponsive, often cutting calls short or providing vague explanations for his unavailability. Despite my attempts to reach him via WhatsApp, communication has been minimal, and his assistance in crucial matters has been virtually non-existent.
Furthermore, Mr. Sharma’s dismissive and uncooperative attitude, particularly when I sought assistance with destination details, has been disheartening. Such behavior is not in line with the standards of service I anticipated when opting for a Club Mahindra membership.
In light of these service deficiencies and the apparent breach of commitments, I am left with no option but to request a refund of the membership fee, which amounts to 4 lakhs. I believe it is unfair and unacceptable to invest my hard-earned money in a service that fails to deliver on its promises. Kindly refund my full money as it’s getting wasted.
I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter and prompt action to address both the service issues raised and the refund request. I hope for a swift resolution that upholds the integrity of Club Mahindra and ensures a positive experience for its members.
