I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding an order I placed on July 31st, which I received on August 9th. Unfortunately, the experience has been utterly disappointing, and I urgently seek resolution.

On August 9th, I received the order via Ekart delivery. The payment was made in cash on delivery, and the Ekart person used a scanner, completing the transaction via PhonePe. The transaction details should be available with you, although I regret to inform you that I don’t have the client number handy.

Upon opening the parcel, my disappointment grew exponentially. I had ordered 8 pieces of bras at a cost of 650 Rs. However, I found only 3 pieces in the parcel. These 3 pieces were not only fewer in quantity but were also of remarkably poor quality. The bras received were of an entirely different and substandard quality than what was advertised on your website.

This discrepancy between the advertised product and the received items is distressing. I trusted your company and placed an order based on the information provided on your platform. The mismatch in both quantity and quality is a severe breach of trust.

I kindly request an immediate refund of the full amount for the bras that were missing and of the poor quality. The total amount paid was 650 Rs, and I expect a prompt reimbursement. Furthermore, I urge you to cease advertising these products immediately and consider discontinuing the item altogether. Such discrepancies and false advertising negatively impact customer confidence and trust in your brand.

I am deeply disappointed by this entire experience and would appreciate a swift resolution. I insist on your commitment to rectify this situation and to prevent further instances of such misleading practices.

Please acknowledge this complaint and provide a clear timeline for the resolution process. My faith in your company’s integrity hangs in the balance, and I trust you will take this matter seriously.
