I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the recent experience I had with Zingbus application.
I booked a semi sleeper bus (2 seats/ date of departure- 02 January 2024) with the expectation of a departure time at 10:00 AM from Manali , as indicated in the application. However, to my dismay, the bus departure time was changed to 2:15 pm to Delhi without any prior notice. Furthermore, the confirmation message received from Zingbus did not include a date, and the timings mentioned were incorrect.
This abrupt change not only caused inconvenience but also disrupted my travel plans significantly. I rely on accurate information when using your services, and this incident has severely impacted my trust in the reliability of Zingbus.
I kindly request an immediate investigation into this matter and a prompt resolution. It is crucial for the company to uphold transparency and provide accurate information to the customers to ensure a smooth and satisfactory travel experience.
