Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Assault by Delivery Personnel and Legal Action Against Flipkart
Dear Flipkart Customer Support,
I am writing to express my deep distress and outrage over a recent incident involving one of your delivery personnel and his associate. The purpose of this letter is to inform you that due to the severity of the assault and the impact it has had on me, I am left with no choice but to lodge a formal police complaint and initiate legal proceedings against Flipkart. Furthermore, I intend to bring this matter to the attention of the Prime Minister’s Office via the CPGRAMS (Centralized Public Grievance Redress & Monitoring System).
On 13th of May 2023 I had placed an order with Flipkart, order number OD328080285614849100 with the expectation of a safe and efficient delivery. Regrettably, what unfolded was an appalling incident in which your delivery personnel, accompanied by his associate, subjected me to a vicious assault using bamboo sticks. This act of violence has caused not only physical harm but also significant emotional trauma.
The assault I endured is a clear violation of my basic rights as a customer and as an individual. Flipkart has a responsibility to ensure the safety and well-being of its customers, and this incident demonstrates a severe failure in that regard. The actions of your delivery personnel and his associate reflect a serious breach of trust, not only in terms of customer service but also with regard to personal safety.
Please be informed that I have already taken steps to lodge a formal police complaint regarding this assault. Simultaneously, I am in the process of initiating legal action against Flipkart to seek justice for the harm inflicted upon me. Additionally, I intend to escalate this matter to the Prime Minister’s Office through the CPGRAMS platform, as it is essential to bring such incidents to the attention of the highest authorities in order to ensure accountability and prevent such incidents from recurring.
I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and request that you cooperate fully with the authorities in their investigation. I kindly request that you provide me with the necessary support and assistance to navigate the legal process and address the consequences of this assault. It is imperative that Flipkart takes swift and decisive action against the delivery personnel involved, and implements stringent measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.
I will be providing all relevant evidence, including medical reports, photographs, and any other documentation required to support my case. I expect Flipkart to actively cooperate with the legal proceedings and take full responsibility for the actions of your employees.
I insist on being kept informed of the progress made in addressing this matter and the actions taken against the responsible individuals. Furthermore, I expect a written acknowledgment of this complaint within 24hrs from the date of receipt of this letter.
I hope that through prompt and appropriate action, Flipkart can rectify this distressing situation and demonstrate a genuine commitment to customer safety and well-being.
