Urgent Complaint – Fraudulent Product Delivery by Underclothing.in & Involvement of XpressBees

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to report a case of e-commerce fraud and seek immediate action against the website underclothing.in, who delivered incorrect and possibly second-hand products, and also report XpressBees as the logistics partner involved in executing the delivery.

Nature of Complaint:

1. I ordered a pack of 4 men’s linen shirts from underclothing.in and received two completely unrelated and old children’s jeans.

2. The seller’s website has no refund, return, or customer support options, which clearly indicates fraudulent intent.

3. The domain underclothing.in appears to be a scam Shopify storefront, and the company information is hidden or fake.

4. XpressBees acted as the delivery partner and facilitated a Cash-on-Delivery scam, collecting money for a product never delivered.

Action Requested:

I request urgent investigation and resolution of this matter:

1. Full refund of ₹1199 for the incorrect and fraudulent delivery.

2. Legal action and blacklisting of the website underclothing.in and associated Shopify storefront.

3. Investigation into XpressBees for partnering with fraudulent sellers and facilitating this scam.

4. Immediate ban or suspension of the fake seller account from Shopify.

5. Ensure stricter verification of merchants and delivery of genuine products to protect future consumers.
