I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding a recent delivery I received from AMAZON platform. I placed an order for an iPhone 14 Pro (128 GB) – Gold color, under Order No. 405-7510135-0341110, on June 12th, 2023. The product was sold by APPARIO Retail Pvt Ltd and fulfilled by Amazon, with a value of Rs. 1,19,999.00.
To my dismay, when I opened the package today, on June 13th, 2023, I discovered a damaged iPhone 10 instead of the iPhone 14 Pro I had ordered. This unexpected and distressing turn of events has left me feeling betrayed and cheated.
I have documented the entire unboxing process in a video, which clearly demonstrates the fraudulent actions taken by the intermediaries associated with Amazon. I will attach this video along with this email to provide you with irrefutable evidence of the deception that has taken place.
Moreover, I have also taken pictures of the received product, clearly showing the damage it has sustained during transit. These pictures will also be included as attachments for your reference.
The gravity of this situation cannot be overstated. I have not only been financially inconvenienced but have also experienced significant mental distress as a result of this incident. I trusted Amazon to provide me with a seamless and trustworthy shopping experience, and this breach of trust has deeply affected me.
I implore you to take immediate and appropriate action to rectify this issue. My first and foremost request is a refund of the full amount paid for the iPhone 14 Pro (128 GB) – Gold color. Additionally, I urge you to thoroughly investigate the individuals and parties involved in this fraudulent activity and take strict action against them. Such actions tarnish Amazon’s reputation and undermine the faith customers place at Amazon platform.
I kindly request a prompt and efficient resolution to this matter. Given the circumstances, I trust that you will treat this issue with the utmost urgency and seriousness it deserves.
