I placed my order on 2nd Dec 2023, it has been 10 days since I placed my order. Didn’t got any updates till now. I called customer care and I was told that my order will be shipped on Thursday on 7th Dec 2023. Again I called on Saturday and I was rold my order will surely be dispatched by Monday. But no updates till now. Extremely dissapointed with your service. Never got proper update on my orders and always received wrong product. I want an update within 24 hrs. If you cannot provide the item and it is out of stock in warehouse, you should not have shown it in website. Its a clear case of Fake claims. Never got any proper service from your company’s end. Will i get my order next year ??. Aldready 30 days has passed since i placed my order. Whenever I ask them when it will be shipped they make up something and say in a day and oviously it doesn’t get shipped by then. Will i get my product next year ??

Likewise, I’ve encountered a similar issue. I placed an order for a C-type USB Hub on January 17, 2024, but there has been no dispatch of the item so far till date..
I would recommend reaching out to easybuzz.in at support@easebuzz.in, surendra.shinde@easebuzz.in, azim.landge@easebuzz.in, and grievances@easebuzz.in. Inform them of your experience and suggest blacklisting this merchant to prevent others from facing similar issues.
