I am writing to bring to your attention a grave matter of consumer rights infringement involving my recent experience with Flipkart, a platform I have been a loyal customer of for the past eight years.
On [date], I placed an order for a pair of shoes priced at ₹2000. However, to my dismay, after just two days, my Flipkart account was inexplicably blocked without any prior notice or valid explanation. This sudden action has left me puzzled and frustrated, especially considering my long-standing history as a frequent and honest customer.
Due to this arbitrary account blockade, I find myself unable to initiate the return process for the aforementioned shoes, which unfortunately do not fit as expected.
