Dear Consumer Complaint Cell,
I am writing to bring to your attention a clear case of consumer fraud perpetrated by Coverfry.
Last week. I placed an order for an iPhone 15 case from their website, priced at INR 1200. The product was delivered today via Cash on Delivery (COD). To my dismay, instead of the advertised item, I received a cheap plastic case meant for a completely different phone model.
What makes this situation even more alarming is the company’s deliberate lack of transparency. They have not provided any valid contact details, making it impossible for customers to reach out for support or resolution. This appears to be a calculated act to deceive consumers and avoid accountability.
I urge you to take immediate action against Coverfry for this fraudulent activity. I request:
1. A full refund of the amount paid (INR 1200).
2. Appropriate legal measures to hold the company accountable for defrauding customers.
3. Steps to ensure such incidents do not affect other unsuspecting consumers.
I have attached all relevant evidence, including the order details, proof of payment, and photographs of the product I received, for your review.
