have done payment of 9000 to 1xbet app on 29 september 2024. Payment was successful and 1xbet app saying to wait 14 banking days and now it is over 14 banking days and I contacted through customer care they are saying payment department is working. Please take necessary action on this fraud app 1xbet and try to help me in returning my amount. now it has almost 50 days. They are harassing me
