I trust this email finds you well. My name is Raja, and I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I am currently facing with my recent purchase of the Aqua Fresh Copper Opel 18ltr water filter, Order ID: OD429060836826216100, Invoice Number: Faaskp2400068006, from Balaji Trades.
I have encountered a problem with the filter, as it has ceased to function properly after only five months of usage. I understand that the product comes with a one-year warranty, and I have taken the necessary steps to address this concern. I promptly contacted Flipkart customer support, who directed me to file a complaint through the provided link.
Following the complaint, I was assigned a service request number and subsequently contacted a technician for an on-site inspection. The technician diagnosed the issue as a malfunctioning input board, and he quoted a replacement cost of Rs 2500. However, I would like to bring to your attention that the product was originally purchased for Rs 3899, and considering the warranty is still valid, I believe the replacement should be covered at no additional cost.
I am reaching out to you in the hope that you can assist in resolving this matter promptly. It is my understanding that under the warranty terms, any defects or malfunctions within the stipulated one-year period should be rectified without incurring extra charges.
