Dear Sir,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience with Shopperstop. On May 26th, 2023, I purchased a Samsonite Laptop bag from your store for a total amount of Rs. 10,100. The order was made under the Order ID: 340485213. However, upon receiving the bag on May 27th, I was dismayed to discover that it appeared to be a used item, lacking any product cover or packaging.
Immediately, I contacted Shopperstop to report the issue and requested a return and refund. The courier arranged by Shopperstop promptly performed a reverse pick-up, taking the product back with them. However, it has now been over a month, and I have yet to receive my refund. Despite sending several emails to Shopperstop, all I receive in response is an automated reply with a case ID: CAS-5589300-F2R0F1, assuring me of resolution.
I have also made numerous calls to your customer care center, only to be informed that the product failed the quality check due to its apparent use, which aligns with my original reason for returning it. Despite this, Shopperstop has neither returned my money nor the product itself. I find myself in a helpless situation and urgently seek assistance in resolving this matter.
This entire experience has been a clear case of customer harassment, wasting both my time and money. I implore you to address this issue promptly and provide me with the refund I am owed. Additionally, I expect a satisfactory resolution to this matter and an explanation for the distressing treatment I have received as a customer.
I trust that you will take immediate action to rectify this situation and restore my faith in your company. I look forward to a prompt response and a swift resolution.
