To the concerned person,
I want to raise a complaint against Flipkart’s service,
Hello, I am Soham Bose I have two accounts in Flipkart
In my account  (no.1),
There  I am a trusted buyer and a regular customer of Flipkart. Every month I use Flipkart to buy lots of products sometimes in cash on delivery and online banking. Since, I have a plus membership in my this account so Flipkart provided me this “pay later” option ,which was actually very much appreciated.
But starting from November’2019 ,I started facing unexpected unecessary frustrating problems.
The main problem started, whenever I am trying to replace/return a product which were not up to my expectations.
Return/replacement falls under Flipkart’s policy, Then whenever I am replacing or returning the product due to size issue or any other dispute,how come Flipkart is blocking my account??
Moreover,the pay later and shopping day of Flipkart is till 10th of next month, if they block my account then how am I suppose to use that “such promised” facility ??
My account got blocked and I am not able to pay my bill and it’s not my fault,then how come Flipkart is adding dues to it???
I have contacted the customer care executive several times,they have always promised to solve my problems within 48hours via mails or calls! But look at me now, still writing my problems…!!
Whenever I ask customer executive anything regarding anything be it any product, product delivery they always put the blame on logistics and seller!
Whenever Flipkart asked to verify my account , be it the mail id, phone number, identity proof,adhar card proof etc I have always cooperated with it.
I want my account to be Unblocked, right away, right now I am not going to pay any dues.
In my account (no.2),
Since I have some daily needs so I had to open another account because after explaining my issues several times with the customer executives my problems were unsolved,they always promised me to send some mail and asked to revert back to it ,I don’t know what is that suppose to mean, I am an busy person it’s not possible for me to always write a mail,am a phone person ,I have requested them personally to look after the issues and kindly to pass it to some senior management who can solve it  but as usual they never did that,the customer executive services of Flipkart is very poor ,all they know is machine generated answers ,I feel like I am talking to a dumb machines.
I bought a real me 5i phone from my second account,I got a dispute phone ,it has a scratch on it,I immediately reported it to Flipkart the next day,then again they assured me they will find a solution ,whereas nothing as promised was done instead they asked me for my “identity proof” isn’t that funny??? The seller provided me a scratched phone , I should be the one asking for their business license proof!how come they cancelled my phone replacement????
This is the kind of facility Flipkart is providing to the customers???
Unethical business services!
Fake assurances!
What is the benefit of buying the “plus membership” then????
