Text of Complaint by Ritesh:

I have been a poco user for more than 3 years now. At the start of MAY 23, i faced an issue with the camera of my phone (poco x2) after an update, it stopped working, soon after that the touch stopped working. consulted the service centre, they said its a motherboard issue and around 12k will be the cost to repair it. 12k is such a huge amount for me to cover. This cost should be covered by company itself. I am a valued customer who has trusted poco as a quality brand. I have invested a good amount of money in this phone, and I am certainly very disappointed that poco is being so negligent of its users. I went on the internet and I found out this issue is faced by so many of poco users and poco is simply neglecting them. This issue must be resolved free of cost as it is the company’s fault. It’s very hard for me as a consumer to understand how such a trustworthy brand like Poco can be so negligent of its USERS, such poor quality phones will only degrade its loyal customers. Rating POCO Brand 0 in the field of customer loyalty. I would like company to either Repair my phone free of cost or refund my money so that I can invest in another cell phone as I have been without a cell phone for months now. I hope my concerns will be taken seriously.
