I am writing to report a serious issue regarding a fraudulent transaction involving my 1xBet account. On [insert date], I transferred ₹7,500 to the beneficiary account via the UPI fast payment method, but the amount has not been credited to my account even after more than 24 hours.
The transaction was successful from my end, and I have attached the screenshot as proof. However, the support team is now claiming that I never made any deposit, which clearly indicates that something fraudulent has occurred.
This situation is extremely distressing and has caused me significant inconvenience. I trusted your platform, but such incidents severely damage customer confidence. It appears that the payment may have been diverted or mishandled, and I request an immediate investigation into this matter.
