I had placed this order on 22nd August and was waiting for it till 31st as i had to go to Singapore but this wasn’t delivered
I came back on 6th and it wasn’t delivered still
Multiple times i could see delivery partner has mentioned that i wasnt available but neither did i get a call not did anyone come home to deliver
Today it’s 21sept . It’s already a month and i haven’t received my refund
I am tracking the parcel and it says it’s reached the origin and i still haven’t gotten my money back
I have spoken to the customer care on chats almost everyday but there has been no progress
I was told i will get a call in 24-48 hours but it’s been a week
The amount is 12799 and it’s not small
I havent received the products and its reached the warehouse as well
Can I please get my money back
