Re: Ticket # order 220421072522133001 items not taken back due to unable to scan codes . This has happened 4-5 times and no resolution or refund . Agent come and goes without taking back the items . Tickets keep opening and closing . Noone calls or no phone number avlb. No mangers call with any update . Pathetic company
