I have placed an order on with order Id 220816135322050003 on 16th August . But i had to cancel the order because of my sudden relocation to another place . I have cancelled my order on 18th August. I didn’t receive my refund till 25th . So i contacted the customer service through chats as they don’t have a phone call system. They were telling me to wait and wait for 7-10 . Those days were also over and then they send me receipt slip saying that they refunded ,if not to send them my bank statement. It has been a week since i send them my Bank statement and still there is no refund and today i got a mail again saying that hope your concerns are solved. Also, i have placed the same order on 20th August again , but when it arrived it was different size , so i asked for a return. The return person was expected to come 3 days ago and still nobody has come. When i chatted with them about this , they were asking me to send the return receipt which the delivery partner gave when noone even came to pick.
