I’ve taken service from urban company on 9th Jun 2022 and technician had done the repair. After a week again issue occurred, same person visited on 27th Jun and fixed the issue again.
Same issue occurred again on 13th Jul, this time urban company stopped responding because Urban company has to provide the service under warranty.
Chat has been disabled for the original issue and customer care stopped responding.
