I took the mattress cleaning service from urban company on 23/08/2022. After the mattress cleaning was done, the mattress was damaged and stained. I lodged a complaint to the company about this issue, but they are denying the damage. The mattress is new and there were only 2 stains on it but, after the cleaning service the entire mattress is stained and there are holes on the mattress. Urban company is denying any damage to the mattress and closing my complaint.
