This is Sadhvi residents of Noida, I have brought fully washable paintings service with urban clap on 19th Oct 2021, but now within a 6months the color becomes faded and once I tried to connect with customer care those people told me this is not washable although just a normal paint.

You can track my order it was fully washable and I have paid 25K + but now this type of cheating is totally unacceptable.

Please give me the solution or refund my amount as it’s totally wasted my amount and time although my entire family was disturbed almost a week during painting especially a covid time.

Please provide me the refund or solution asap.
