Urban company damaged my water purifier while service. Now the company is just not answering my call. In chat box if I leave message they just say we will get back to you in 24 hours. This is happening for last 4 days. No one call me. I have Rs.1360 in my wallet they refused to pay back that balance to me. Urban company is fraud company.
