This is a summary of what has been done by Urban Company to me(customer).
I booked a complaint with UC for my AC repair on 4th of May.
The technician came and said that the compressor is leaking and gas needs to be filled.
The technician startd with the work chargeed 3500 and went.
The ac stopped working in a day.
UC was contacted again.
The technician was sent to check and rectify the issue but he couldnt find the issue instead he damaged the compressor and cancelled the booking and a new technician was handed over the issue.
The new technician who till date havent done anything and have abused on multiple instances and on 5th of june a verbal abuse for over half an hour.
received an SMS and email today morning that the complaint has been closed to my surprise stating that the complaint is resolved and the company has Provided the refund for the same of 10000 rupees.
