Text of Complaint by Rahul Ranjan:

My AC was installed by Urban company professional -“Alam” on 10th April.
Gas was also filled…
Alam visited 2-3 times after that as cooling was not there.He filled gas once more as he told there is leakage .
Whan again cooling issue came ,he told me that he can’t resolve.He blocked ally numbers ..I have chat history screenshots as well…I can show you call history as well..I have recordings as well.This is how warranty expired.

I booked a professional again on 18th June…His name is wajid.He came and given his all positive things .I asked him that I don’t want to go with urban company ..you only tell me the way to reach urban company customer care.He suggested to call anyone and don’t pay ..they will escalate and arrange call for u.he has shown his certificate,his abilities and said that has was filled incorrectly .No urban company professional can correct this problem except him.
He lives near my home so he can visit me any time .He asked me to book personally.
We can see how I closed the first ticket of urban clap and how I paid the full amount of 3500 on his number.You can see how he convinced me against urban company.I went through his repair and then after 5-6 days cooling was not there..ICE was coming from the AC…I tried him.milyiple times but he visited after one month and then he has done service and said to on the AC after one hour..when I turned on it was having the same ice and water leakage issue.He told me on phone that I can do whatever I want to do but this AC will be charged once more.

Then I again booked a new professional Nikhil pal.He said gas level has decreased so ICE is coming .As suggested by wajid,I did not pay and asked him to arrange call with customer care..This is how I had a chat and conversation with CC..

I need help on this because one of your professional unable to resolve..This is what you can also see and your professional Wajid ‘s recording is also there with me.

2nd professional came on your behalf and made the case personal.This is also a pathetic behaviour of your professional.
I want my AC to work properly as I already invested almost 9K.
