my bus was cancelled by upsrtc due to AC fault and said that refund will be given online as i booked ticket from upsrtc online reservation. since 06/06/2023, refund has not been given and there is no response on email or whatsapp and when i call, they say this no. is not for refund complaints and this is done only on whatsapp and email.
