i have to get refund of 29 rs from paytm which i have done via upi using paytm. paytm have sent me message that they have done transaction and check from bank side and given upi reference number 900245906765. if i contacted sbi customer care i get upi complaints are not in our control and who is responsible for my money to get back in my account.
