I was paying my rent to my landowner. As there was no money in wallet I used my UPI transaction. After adding all details etc when I did payment the UPI transaction is successful but the recipient didn’t get the money in his account. UPI Reference ID is 926535760265. I shared the recipient bank statement on mentioning that money didn’t transfer on recipient account several times. Complaint numbers are as follows 141173769 and 140683375. But till date paytm has not refunded me my money to bank. Paytm did not take any step till now I am waiting for last 10 days
