- Paytm has cheated as it being an upi transaction it should have been credited instantly and hence I am going to file a complaint with the consumer court for the same as well as it was for food and essentials for a person who is stranded becasue of Paytm server issue which I was not informed about. And being a regular user I got no response on top of that my calls got disconnected twice
First time I called the person said it will be resolved in 30mins and can call back if not but definitely will be resolved within 30mins
I called after 1hr and twice they hung up
Then I again called and spoke to escalation desk akash, he kept on repeating it will take 2working days to resolve , which is way to long as it’s Sunday already and monday is bank holiday.
So Paytm is saying to ask the person to be within t food and essentials for almost a week as upi transaction also fails in Paytm.
I have asked to complain which they denied and asked to send message in app which I have done and also messaged on social media for the same as well hopefully will get a response from there or will have to take it in consumer court for the same and I wish to close my Paytm bank account as well as there is no need for it when it can’t come handy when needed
