Respected Sir,
With most respect i am writing this email to get solution for a UPI transaction to my IIFL Gold loan # GL19031724 ( Rs.45000 – Transaction ID UPI/201954828770 ) made by me on 19-Jan-2022 through Gpay to India infoline Gold loan via payment gateway PayU.
The said amount Rs.45000/- has been debited from my Bank of Baroda and the same not credited to my Gold loan account GL19031724 with India infoline.
when i check with my bank they are saying the transaction was successful and the money credited to india infoline’s account.
the same response i received from GPAY and PayU customer cares as well.
But India infoline officials at branch office AVINASHI – TIRUPUR are refuces to provide the service or initiating refund process.
I hereby enclosed the receipt of the payment & response what received from the officials related to this transaction.
