This is to inform you that I am really pissed with your services.
I booked 4 movie tickets on 22nd May of this month for the show timings of 19:25.
I selected seats N1,2,3,4 at that time and made the payment for the same.
When I reached theatre they said it has booked for 22:30 show.

So you tell me when I was booking for 19:30 show how did it book for the another timings.

I tried to call your Paytm executives since it happened & they all were helpless.
I need my money to be refunded otherwise I will escalte this issue further.
