On 13th September 2021 I had paid 350 rupees to a merchant via phonepe. The transaction was successful but the merchant hasn’t received the amount yet.
The amount transacted though been successful hasn’t been recorded in mine or the merchant passbook as well.
Phonepay hasn’t responded to my issue properly
