I did a transaction on 16th of May around 7.30 pm. It was of rs. 1000 through UPI ref no 813619340537 to Amazon. My amount got deducted but Amazon didn’t receive any amount in their portal ( Amazon send me a mail confirming that they didn’t receive any amount ).
I tried complaining in paytm through call, msgs, application complaint method and through mails to paytm cyber cell. But everytime despite attaching the screenshot of the merchant’s reply, i got in reply that i should contact the merchant as the transaction was successful from bank’s end.
Paytm service is very irresponsible. On 1st of june, I even got a call from their side and they said that the amount will be reverted back within 3-5 days but sadly nothing happened.
Please look into this matter and help me. Paytm is not even filing a charge dispute against this transaction.
