Unfortunately i transfer 4000rupess to jio@citibank (reliance jio infocomm) through paytm bank account on 4 August 2019. When i tried to raise issue of transfering of 4000 rupees too jio@citibank from paytm bank account the paytm and jio app customer services did not help me solve .they didnot refunded my money and didnot cancel the transaction in paytm .please help me to get my money refund back….. reference id’s of my transcations are 921633886548 and 921633888651
