I(KOTTAKOTA YATHIRAJU)one of the bank account holders in paytm bank.I transfer the money 2000RS from paytm account to SBI account through paytm on Dec30th.The amount was debited from my account but not credited in SBI account.I contact paytm customer care nearly 10 times but paytm told me always the money is credited on Dec31st through UPI reference number:836444827597. I refe the SBI Passbook but money is not credited in SBI account.Today I go to bank and talk to SBI Bank manager with this issue.In this case sbi is received account there’s no problem from my side and I am not unable to track the details with this upi reference number,please contact paytm customer care but paytm told to me please contact SBI bank.What can I do for this issue sir,please solve this issue as earlier possible.
