I have contacted OYO for room booking,They have suggested one hotel and booked also along with sharing the owner contact no. during telephonic conversation only to check so that no issues later on due to some price issues going on in their app.
On contacting the shared no. ,room surety was given along with upi address to make payment.I have done the payment but later on got call from OYO team to make payment and I was shocked.
Now on reaching out to OYO team they are saying this is not shared by them and they can’t help and hotel have not received money against my booking
