I have requested to upgrade my airtel number 8130318524 from prepaid to postpaid and it has been two days but no one has called me or visited my address for verification. I have submitted my request for upgrading my airtel number on your website. While submitting my request, you promised me that my airtel number will be upgraded to postpaid within 24 hours but no process has been initiated. You guys just make fake promises but do not fulfill them. This is very unprofessional. My request number is 723941.Please get my work done as soon as possible. I want my number to be in postpaid very urgent.
