It is on the name of M.lavanya
I had opted for the 100mbps plan but am receiving only 40mbps speed checked with cm care they told that I have to change to fiber connection I told cc team to raise the request they said that there is no options to raise the request then I had escalated it to the nodal they said within 48 hrs it will get sorted out but still issues has not been resolved worst cc service. Even the senior management is sleeping in the airtel
