I received a call on 29-03-2021 offering me a data entry job to fill up 550 forms in which 495 should be correct from Western Digital Services of Swastik Society, Park Colony, Guru Dattatrey Mandir Road, Jamnagar, Gujarat 361008 saying if I had 90% accuracy then I would be paid full salary and made me sign an agreement through online mode where the agreement wouldn’t open until I upload my picture and signature. So I completed all the process and my work but due to network issues, just one form was left. I tried to explain my point to Rahul Shah (08140035844) but he didn’t listen to me and just started shouting at me and then he threatened me to pay the amount or else he will take legal action. He asked me for the registration fee of 5000 or gave me a second option to pay 19000 if I wanted to fill that one form and said the amount will be refunded with my salary. Then I asked him what is the surety of getting my money refunded then he said ‘main isme koi tippandi Nahi Dunga’ and that was not a proper answer for my question and I was confirmed that this company is a fraud and I just hanged up the call. After 15 minutes I got an email from Wasim Shaikh (07698804901) about case status and sent me an attachment – legal notice. And then he whatsapped me that ‘FIR Copy mail karwya hai’ and started calling me and threatening me so I just asked him the police station name and then he wrote my area’s police station name and my father’s name and said that ‘Police Station see aayenge aur lekar jynge inform Kar dena’ that was really threatening. He is continuously saying me now you will go to jail and all threatening kinds of stuff. You can see all the proofs. I just want peace in my life and not all these fraudulent things.
