I had made my complaint of upgradation of device which had sold to me with fraud with high costing.In order to compensate Senior exicutive Mr.Rajnish filled a complaint for upgradation of device to A50 at the cost of 2500 INR .After calling several time the issue has not been resolved .complaint no. are as follow 5022615252,5022227627,5020881920 etc on different dates .On 4 th may,2022 i received a call from paytm where she asked to deactivate the account and i said to upgrade she cut the phone and i recived a message of problem resolved.
