I had my paytm KYC on an older number is mine and then got that paytm account closed by the paytm customer care. Then when I tried to do paytm KYC on an other number of mine and it showed that my adhar card is still linked on some other number. First why is my adhar card linked there if the paytm account has been closed. I contacted the paytm customer care for this matter and they said that we will update your number. Daily they as for some document or the other and then close the request without providing a solution. It has been more than a month since I started my request and still no fruit has been served. Their customer service is zero and they don’t understand anything. I have called several times but they cannot give any information as they are equal to dumb robots.
