Hello,
My name is Balwinder Singh. I am writing this complaint because I am unable to get any help from paytm nor I am able to talk to a representative of Paytm customer support.
My old number on which my paytm was registered was no longer in use so I am not able to use it on a new number and also not able to do kyc on my new number.
They keep asking for my old phone number details and I have provided a valid document which I received from paytm.
Kindly help me with this. I just want my old account back as I have my ID proof that I can show and a document received from paytm on which my old number and address is mentioned.
