In Hsrp portal its mentioned last day for february 17th. Here past three days trying to update my vehicle details in hsrp website. Its a worst maintenance in website. its not taking the proper details sometimes it shows already its registered. There is no clarity in website. Even though sometimes its shows its already registered. If we check the status its shows details not registered. Trying to contact with customer care its not connecting at all such a pathetic experience.without giving the proper channel then why they wanted to give a deadline date. Made it properly all your infrastructure then give a deadline to public.

Due to some internet issue i paid money to hsrp in which money got debited from my account but it showed payment failed in the website i would request refund as soon as possible
