I received a call from unreachable mobile no 9321773241 on 13/08 stating that due to technical glitch The Team will cancel my order and arrange the refund with in 7 Working days But I have not received the money till date and very next day they have updated order status as delivered instead of cancelled. On 26th Aug I received a mail from them as below

But further reminders do not attract any response , Actual amt paid was 1188.06 while placing the order which was revised by JIO team on 11/08/2020 to 992.66 refunding 195.40, But revised items of the order was not deliverd until 13/08/2020 and cancellation there after with no refund of Rs 992.66
