I want to port my mobile number to a new company ,iam using Vodafone idea limited,but now I have to change my operator then after sent my port SMS it shows UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance ,plz solve this issue
