When i try to port there i received a message with upc cannot be generated for the reason there are subsisting contractual obligations.
I visit vi store but there he says after 24 hours ur UPC will receive.
I wait too much time but i didn’t received yet. Here i have no network in vi that’s why i face this insuue.
