Hi sir , iam trying to port out my Vi sim number last 1 month but when I am sending the port message to 1900 then he reply only this message
UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.
Please help me
while requesting for port from BSNL, SMS is not sent and resulting in message sending failed, thus not getting UPC code
